Review
Recently I visited Bronco Billys in Cripple Creek. Heres my opinions and impressions of this fine establishment.
First and foremost I have to mention the Bronco Billy`s staff. You wont find a nicer, friendlier, or more helpful staff in any casino in Colorado. I was treated like a regular from the time I walked in the door. The bartenders, wait staff, players club folks, and especially the cashiers really did act as if I was family. They didnt know who I was or that I would be writing this either. Bronco Billys gets an A+ in this area for sure.
Bronco Billys Casino is medium sized overall, with lots of slots and video poker. No problems finding a machine with the right mix of denomination and game variety. There was some construction going on in the middle area, which had closed off one of the bars and some of the slot floor, but that still left two video poker bars and plenty of slot floor available. Theres also gaming tables down on the lower end of the casino I call it lower because you go up (a few stairs at a time) as you move the length of the place. Something to watch out for as the evening wears on, especially if youve been partaking in the generous complimentary cocktails.
Folks, Bronco Billys is a must stop the next time you visit Cripple Creek. Its a friendly, old-west style establishment where youre sure to feel welcome and comfortable. There are televisions everywhere for you sports enthusiasts, but the sound was kept low so as to not demand your attention. As usual, make sure you join the players club, because there always seems to be a free gift and they for sure will remember your birthday the next time it rolls around. Enjoy!
